Product Info & Dosing FAQ
How long do mushroom gummies take to kick in?
Onset is typically 20–45 minutes on an empty stomach, 45–75 minutes with food. Gummies onset faster than dried caps because the sugar matrix dissolves quickly and releases psilocybin for absorption. Peak effects hit at 60–90 minutes and run 4–6 hours with a total session length of 6–8 hours.
How many gummies should I eat?
Every package shows total psilocybin content and per-piece dose. First-timers: start with one piece (typically 100–500mg equivalent) and wait 60 minutes before considering more. Microdose users often bite gummies in half or quarters to portion 100–150mg per dose. Regular users tally by intent: 1–2 pieces for a light social lift, 3–4 for a threshold experience, more for a full session.
Can I mix product formats or combine with other edibles?
Combining is fine as long as you tally the total psilocybin across everything you eat. Do not chase a slow onset by adding more — wait a full 60 minutes before redosing.
How should I store mushroom gummies?
Sealed in original packaging in a cool dark place. Do not refrigerate (moisture causes gummies to stick together). Do not freeze. Properly stored, gummies retain full potency for 6–12 months.
