How do mushroom drinks and syrups work?
Psilocybin is water-soluble, so drinks and syrups get the active compound directly into your stomach without needing digestion. That is why liquid formats onset 15–30 minutes after drinking — roughly twice as fast as eating dried caps. Effects are otherwise identical: peak at 60–90 minutes, duration 4–6 hours, full session 6–8 hours.
How do I dose a syrup?
Every bottle shows total psilocybin content and recommended serving size. Typical microdose: 1/4 dropper (roughly 0.25–0.5g equivalent). Typical full-dose session: 1 full dropper (2–3g equivalent). Use the dropper markings, do not eyeball.
Can I add mushroom syrup to hot coffee?
Only if the coffee is warm rather than boiling — below 150°F. Psilocybin starts degrading above 190°F, so hot coffee will kill potency. Wait for coffee to drop to hand-hot before adding syrup, or use iced coffee. Same rule for tea and any hot mixer.
How should I store mushroom drinks?
Refrigerate opened bottles. Sealed bottles keep in a cool cabinet. Discard on color change, sediment, or off smell. Properly stored, syrups retain full potency for 8–12 months from bottle date.
